David Macaulay is an oil painter whose primary focus is the sea and its ability to calm, thrill, and inspire. David’s painting style is typically atmospheric and inspired by nature with both realistic and impressionistic images of the ocean, tidal basins, and shoreline.  

He is an artist member of the Scituate Artists Association Front Street Gallery and Hull Artists and Artists’ Association of Nantucket, as well as an associate member of the South Shore Artists Association. Works can be viewed on Facebook and his email is david.macaulay1@gmail.com
