Shawn McGovern
Currently working as an Account Manager for a manufacturing company, Shawn enjoys writing, video games, and making people laugh with his hijinks. Shawn grew up in Plymouth and loves that Scituate has a similar small town feel. Through the Seaside Stories workshops, Shawn hopes to learn how to present his story in a more concise way, through more descriptive writing; “It’s easy to show it all on my website or Facebook group with visuals but I think it loses something when I try to explain the details.”. He says that it’s the drama, intrigue, humor, and an ending you can’t stop thinking about that make a good story great.
